He has trained end number of engineers and provided policy and planning advice to government agencies. He is a feverent supporter of ADR in Nepal’s infrastructure industry, advocating for the use of arbitration and mediation to resolve conflict in projects and communities. His work advances social justice, sustainable development, and institutional integration of ADR in engineering and urban governance by fusing technical understanding with a strong social conscience.
