About

With more than 13 years of experience, Mr. Anil Kumar Shrestha is a well-known attorney with a focus on criminal defense, civil litigation, and arbitration. With a focus on alternative dispute resolution (ADR), arbitration, law reform, and governance, he blends academic knowledge with active legal practice as a listed arbitrator at the Nepal Council of Arbitration (NEPCA). In addition to co-authoring publications on jurisprudence, human trafficking, and legal awareness, he has made contributions to national research on criminal justice, governance, and legislative processes. Mr. Shrestha has received numerous accolades for his dedication to justice and legal education, including the Legislative Process Fellowship (U.S. Department of State, 2012) and the Outstanding Youth of the Nation (TOYN) Award (2014).
