Yub Raj Subedi is a former High Court Judge of Nepal with an extensive career in law and justice. He began his service as an Audit Officer and later joined the Judicial Service. Over his more than three decades of public service, he worked as a government attorney and judge, specializing in corruption, criminal, and human rights cases. He earned a Master of Comparative Laws (M.C.L.) from Delhi University, India, and master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Law from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. Mr. Subedi has published several books and articles in Nepali and English on law, justice, and governance.
