With a Master’s in structural Engineering and a wealth of experience overseeing more than 50 major construction and infrastructure projects throughout Nepal, Er. Sushil Thapa is a civil and structural Engineer. Mr. Thapa is a professionally trained Arbitrator, focuses on construction dispute management and arbitration particularly in cases involving contract termination, design variation, price adjustments and project delays. Being a liscensed engineer with expertise in retrofitting,bridge and road construction, heritage restoration and airport maintenance he presents a valuable intersection of engineering and dispute resolution expertise.
