As an advocate and certified arbitrator and mediator, Mr. Nurahari Khatiwada is actively involved with the Nepal International ADR Center (NIAC). He has professional training in arbitration, mediation, and dispute resolution. Commercial arbitration, contract disputes, public procurement, project mediation, and cases involving investments are the main areas of focus for his practice. Mr. Khatiwada, who has a solid background in law and governance, blends impartiality, procedural integrity, and analytical accuracy.
