With more than 25 years of experience in corporate law, banking and ADR Senior Advocate Resham Raj Regmi is the founder of Legal Service and Research Network Pvt. Ltd . He is a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association’s executive committee and has represented prominent organization such as Nepal Rashtra Bank, in Supreme Court and High Court proceedings. He is the member of various ADR centers including NIAC. He is also an active arbitrator and co-arbitrator. Mr. Regmi has spoken on various ADR forums such as the APCAM, International ADR summit and Nepal ADR week 2024 in addition to teaching and publishing several articles, book on corporate governance and banking.
