NIAC is organizing a five-day training to acquaint participants in Contract, Arbitration, Mediation and ADR mostly applicable to banking, financial, corporate, and other development sectors with the nuances of dispute and settlement of dispute. Date: 18-22 Falgun, 2077 (02-06 March, 2021)

Online Sessions: Morning and Evening (18-20 Falgun)

Practical Sessions: All day (Held in physical presence) (21-22 Falgun)

Venue: Will be shared after enrollment.
